Well this year has definately been an amazing, torturous, growing and changing experience for me. I've been in the pits of despair (No Cliche intended) and at the peaks of life and travelled everywhere in between. Its been a heart and spirit breaking time, but also a time of strengthening and maturing. You've got no idea what i've been through even in these past few months and (lucky you) i'll spare you the details, but i've resurfaced a little worst-for-wear but almost ready to say Bring It On! again. Almost.

To all my friends who have (Another Cliche) Stood by me in these times, a heartfelt thanks would never cut it.

Have an awesome Christmas and New Year and I hope that 08 will be challenging enough for you all to grow and be stronger more than ever.
